WE want to LISTEN & LEARN together with YOU.

This has been a challenging time on all levels – but we are here to support your journey with on-hand experts to share your challenges and learn what’s possible to support you. Current federal program and funding changes which support persons living with and at-risk of HIV have put decades of work at risk.  We’ve not been here before, and you may want support and help in adjusting to the changing environments.

We can help by:

1) Listening:

Identify and share your needs with a professional. It's part of why you attend conferences – this just streamlines a way to do it!

2) Assisting personally:

Talk about you and your career, your organization, challenges with system barriers, and/or how to solve a conflict within your organization.

3) Answering programmatic questions:

Ask questions about Federal HIV funding, including HOPWA, Ryan White, and other affordable housing and social service programs. Discuss ways to strengthen local Systems of Care, and get help with connecting to resources.

4) Fundraising:

Now more than ever, we need to diversify our income to sustain efforts for those we serve – has your organization approached this challenge?

5) Developing your Board:

Does your Board of Directors need to shift in order to face the new times, changing environments, and adoption of new strategies?

6) Coaching – for you – for your team:

Have you considered working with a coach over a period of time to learn the areas where you may be lacking? And how to compensate for them? No single leader can possibly be competent in all areas at all times – how do you make judgments around gaining support to make you the best leader?

7) Assessing your needs:

For your organization, community, housing/health systems?  We can talk through various approaches for how to document the changing needs based on the federal changes that have happened and are likely to continue happening.

8) Guiding your evaluations and research:

Are there topics or issues that you would like researched in your community? Do you need evaluation services to share your story more effectively?  We can help identify options and approaches.

9) Facilitating:

Often, organizations and/or communities need an informed expert in HIV housing and healthcare to facilitate and build partnerships and collaborations that are needed to address the full system of care.  We can lead you through facilitation ideas you may have.

10) Steering you to impact:

How to take the array of funds available and have the strongest impact within the system(s) your organization (you) operates?  We can assist communities refocus on outcomes and drive to that outcome.
