Federal Use of Funds Memo

HOPWA funds are eligible for grantees and project sponsors to support reasonable costs for participation in the 2024 National Conference on Social Work and HIV/AIDS, as explained below. Review the HOPWA memo below before purchasing registration. 

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program: Contact the designated project officer to ask if it is allowable to use grant funds to pay for the costs of attending the conference.
