NCSWH26 Conference Attendee Evaluations

Option 1: Using the Conference App 

1. Open the conference app on your phone or tablet.

2. Log in using the username and password sent to your email from Cadmium.

3. Navigate to “Schedule” or “My Agenda.”

4. Select the session you attended.

5. Scroll down and click “Session Evaluation.”

6. Complete all required questions and click Submit. 

*Repeat this process for each session you would like CEUs for. 

Option 2: Using the Cadmium Website

1. Open your browser and go to the Cadmium site (link provided in your registration email).

2. Log in using your Cadmium credentials.

3. Click “My Schedule” or “Sessions.”

4. Select the session you attended.

5. Click “Complete Evaluation.”

6. Fill out the evaluation and click Submit.

*Complete an evaluation for every session to ensure CEU credit. 

Important Notes

• Evaluations must be completed to receive CEUs—no exceptions. •
• Once submitted, evaluations cannot be edited. 
• CEU certificates will only be available after all required evaluations are completed. 
• If you do not see the evaluation option, make sure you are logged into the correct account used for registration. 

Evaluations are due by June 15, 2026. Once the deadline ends, we have to submit approval to ASWB. You will receive your certificate via email by July 30, 2026. If you need them before then, please email: mary@paswha.org.
